In Season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His son David Zayas Jr. replaces his father in some shots, as the two look very much alike. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in Season 2, the scar moved to the right side, leaving his left side without a mark. Dexter is easily one of my favorite television shows of all time, and one of the few that I can watch in its entirety multiple times without getting bored. I can’t put into words how much I love this show. The only thing that’s not good about it is the ending. The ending was pretty lame, but that still doesn’t detract from how good this show is as a whole. You should watch this show just for Michael C. Hall’s performance as Dexter. He’s amazing at it. If you haven’t seen this amazing show yet, just make sure you give yourself enough time because you’ll want to watch it as soon as possible. Once you start watching, you won’t be able to stop.
